About Us

Who we are

Our company was started in the year 1970 in the name and style of M/s.K.Thangamariappan & Son, by Shri.K.Thangamariappan, with 25 acres of land. Today we have grown to this level of owning about 5000 acres, due to our sincerity, hard & dedicated work. We aim to enhance our salt production and promote Bromine, Magnesium based chemicals from the bitterns generated from our salt field. Bromine plant will be streamlined this year and Magnesium chemicals production will be streamlined in 2023.

We have over 2000 people working in our field and our vision is to develop more of the salt pan, whereby we will be able to employ many families in the village areas. As you are aware, unemployment issues persist in the village side as from the Government there is no great support for farmers. In addition, our vision is to promote tone reservoirs, enabling villages to get an undisrupted supply of drinking water and education institutions.

The gross turnover of our company stands at Rs.70 crores. The entire land: salt pans, factories, warehouses are owned by Mr.T.Nagarajan and Mrs.Deepa Nagarajan.
